Bambu Fitness Bali is seeking a dedicated Public Area Attendant to join our team at our luxurious fitness facility in Uluwatu, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the comfort and safety of our guests. If you are passionate about customer service and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Maintain a clean and organized public area.,Ensure the safety and security of the facility and guests.,Provide information about the facility and its services.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.,Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.,Monitor and enforce facility rules and regulations.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).,Previous experience in a fitness or wellness facility is a plus.,Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 kg.
