📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.
• Provide financial support to various departments, including sales, operations, and human resources.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the company's financial planning.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices to continuously improve our financial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
