📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing and quality materials.
• Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and ordering materials.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.
• Collaborate with production teams to understand material requirements and source the best possible options.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities using ERP systems like SAP.
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement continuous improvement measures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in manufacturing procurement preferred.
• Experience in HVAC manufacturing procurement is a plus.
• Proficient in using ERP systems like SAP.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with procurement software like Ariba or Coupa.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
