We are seeking a Land Legal and Human Relations Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing the company’s external affairs, community relations, and land administration. This position is critical in ensuring smooth operations by handling land legal matters, community engagement, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.

As a Land Legal and Human Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing land acquisition and legal processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and fostering strong relationships with local communities. You will work closely with legal teams, community leaders, and other stakeholders to address concerns, resolve disputes, and promote the company’s social responsibility initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage land acquisition and legal processes, including negotiations and due diligence.
• Ensure compliance with all land use regulations and environmental laws.
• Foster strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with legal teams to address land disputes and resolve legal issues.
• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote the company’s social responsibility initiatives.
• Monitor and report on land administration activities and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents and reports.
• Provide support to the management team in making informed decisions regarding land and legal matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in land administration, legal affairs, or community relations.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian land laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using legal software and databases.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Understanding of community engagement and social responsibility initiatives.
