📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's vision and business goals.
• Lead the recruitment process, attracting and hiring top talent to support our growth initiatives.
• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure a seamless transition and continuous growth.
• Manage performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Foster a culture of engagement and retention through innovative programs and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, and manage employee relations.
• Utilize HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with department heads to address HR needs and provide strategic advice.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record in talent acquisition and development.
• Certifications in HR management, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, are a plus.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Proven ability to drive organizational change and improve HR processes.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in the oil and gas or mining industry.
