📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee driver performance and conduct regular safety inspections.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Implement and enforce security protocols to protect company assets and personnel.
- Use Geotab for real-time tracking and SAP for fleet management.
- Conduct driver training sessions and workshops on safety and security best practices.
- Investigate and report incidents to ensure continuous improvement of safety measures.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet safety and security.
- Certification in Driver Safety or a related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficient in using Geotab and SAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
