Field Acquisition Officer - Merchant Development & Verification

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect potential merchant partners through field visits and market research.
• Verify the eligibility and credibility of potential merchants through on-site assessments and documentation review.
• Onboard new merchants by guiding them through the registration and compliance processes.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with existing merchants to ensure their continued satisfaction and compliance with our terms.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote our merchant services and drive acquisitions.
• Utilize tools such as CRM systems and GPS devices to manage and track merchant data efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of merchant information and performance metrics.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on merchant acquisition and retention efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of merchant acquisition and verification processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with merchants.
• Proficient in using CRM software and GPS devices for data management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the local business landscape and merchant needs in Surabaya.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits.
