Sentosa Gas is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and clarity,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials,Review and edit technical content for accuracy, readability, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of marketing and sales materials,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives,Provide subject matter expertise to support training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar is a plus
