📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting thorough audits to assess compliance with internal policies and procedures.,Identifying areas for improvement and developing corrective action plans.,Collaborating with department heads to address audit findings and implement solutions.,Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to senior management.,Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and documents.,Monitoring internal controls and recommending enhancements to improve efficiency.,Assisting in the development and implementation of audit methodologies and standards.,Providing training and guidance to junior auditors to maintain high standards of performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and auditing standards.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international auditing standards is a plus.
