Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management,Manage the accounting department and coordinate with other departments as needed,Ensure accurate and timely payment of bills and management of accounts payable🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure,Ability to manage and mentor junior accountants,Fluent in English and Indonesian🛠️ Keahlian
