📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive sales and market share growth.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Create and manage promotional campaigns, including in-store displays, point-of-sale materials, and digital promotions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between promotional activities and overall business objectives.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and incorporate these insights into promotional strategies.,Monitor and report on the effectiveness of promotional activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail and consumer products marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales promotion, retail marketing, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail and consumer products industry.,Proven track record of developing and executing successful promotional campaigns.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing software.,Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
