📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, contracts, and performance evaluations.,Handle administrative tasks related to employee benefits, such as insurance and retirement plans.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR manager in organizing and conducting training sessions and workshops.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data for HR metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Familiarity with HR software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian (both written and spoken).,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
