📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Administering medications as prescribed by the attending physician.
  • Documenting patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
  • Assisting in the coordination of patient care with other healthcare providers.
  • Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
  • Participating in continuous education and professional development activities.
  • Adhering to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Valid nursing license and certification.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
