📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the OSV fleet, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
• Coordinate with vessel crews, shore-based teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless offshore support operations.
• Utilize Maximo for maintenance scheduling and FMS for real-time vessel tracking and performance monitoring.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance fleet efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to vessel crews on operational procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor and report on fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the company's leadership to develop and execute long-term strategic plans for the OSV fleet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maritime operations, with a focus on OSV or similar offshore support vessels.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing a fleet of vessels, with a strong understanding of maritime regulations and best practices.
• Certifications in Maritime Operations Management or a related field.
• Proficiency in using Maximo and FMS software for fleet management and maintenance scheduling.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of maritime professionals.
• Familiarity with the oil and gas industry and offshore logistics is a plus.
• Ability to travel internationally for operational duties.
• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Engineering, or a related field.
