📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the retail store, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and complaints.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective merchandising strategies and promotions.,Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Train and develop junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement retail strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer trends.
