📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, production scheduling, and quality control.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Support the management of operational budgets and resource allocation.,Conduct regular operational reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operational role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other operational software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
