In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts.,Provide financial analysis and advice to management.,Manage the payroll process and ensure accuracy.,Monitor and manage cash flow and banking activities.,Prepare budgets and forecast financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
