📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess their fit for the role.,Prepare and distribute offer letters to successful candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide support to the recruitment team and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
