Assist registered nurses in providing patient care and treatment,Perform basic nursing tasks such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with patient mobility,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation,Assist in preparing and maintaining a clean and organized patient care area,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a positive patient experience,Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures,Assist in the preparation and administration of vaccinations and treatments,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Nurse or similar healthcare role,Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with basic medical terminology and equipment,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays,Valid nursing assistant license or certification (preferred)
