📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement merchandise planning strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce excess stock.
• Monitor and control inventory levels using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and plan production accordingly.
• Manage and optimize the distribution network to ensure efficient delivery of goods to customers.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage inventory costs and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of inventory and logistics operations.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on inventory and logistics performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandise planning, inventory control, or logistics management.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory management software like JDA or Manhattan Associates is a plus.
• Certification in supply chain management or related fields is a plus.
