Resto Jaya Auto Service is looking for a dedicated Admin Finance to join our team. This is an immediate opening, so if you are ready to take on the challenge, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our auto service business, ensuring accurate and timely financial records, and supporting the finance team in their operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintaining and updating financial records and ledgers.,Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.,Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports.,Managing petty cash and ensuring accurate bank reconciliations.,Providing administrative support to the finance team.,Assisting in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.,Providing excellent customer service to clients and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
