📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage service operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and support.,Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met.,Monitor and maintain service quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies.,Develop and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor junior staff to ensure high levels of service delivery.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service operations.,Provide regular reports on service performance and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
