📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, and provide regular updates to the sales team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Attend and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare services sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
