In this role, you will work closely with our team of event planners, coordinators, and vendors to ensure that every detail of our clients' events is taken care of. You will be responsible for managing the entire event lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and post-event evaluation. You will use industry-standard tools such as Eventbrite, Cvent, and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline your workflow and ensure that our clients' events are a success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and coordinate MICE and leisure group events, ensuring they meet the clients' expectations and objectives.
• Manage event budgets and ensure that all expenses are within the approved limits.
• Collaborate with event planners, coordinators, and vendors to ensure that all event logistics are in place.
• Monitor event progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure a successful outcome.
• Evaluate post-event feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
• Leverage industry-standard tools such as Eventbrite, Cvent, and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline event planning and execution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our events are innovative and engaging.
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients and ensure that their needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management, with a focus on MICE and leisure group events.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events within budget and on time.
• Strong knowledge of event planning software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
