📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the verification and analysis of life insurance claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with Allianz policies and regulations.
• Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of claim cases, including death, disability, and critical illness claims.
• Collaborate with claim adjusters, medical professionals, and external stakeholders to resolve complex cases efficiently.
• Utilize our proprietary claim management system (CMS) and data analytics tools to streamline processes and enhance decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate settlements, adhering to internal guidelines and industry standards.
• Monitor and report on claim trends and patterns to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, best practices, and technological advancements in the insurance sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in life insurance claims, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian insurance laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Certification in life insurance claims handling or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
