Code Quick Indonesia is seeking a talented Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and create development plans for individuals and teams.,Design and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Assist in the creation of learning materials, including e-learning modules and instructional guides.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant learning and development tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
