In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our vehicle fleet. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet management.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Monitor and maintain vehicle performance, including fuel consumption, mileage, and service records.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any issues or maintenance needs.,Collaborate with drivers, maintenance staff, and other departments to ensure seamless fleet operations.,Provide training and support to new drivers and staff on fleet management practices and procedures.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, fuel consumption, and other key metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving fleet efficiency and reducing operational costs.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
