The Lead Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the audit process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic recommendations to improve internal controls and processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the audit process from planning to completion, ensuring all audits are conducted according to established procedures and timelines.,Develop and implement audit plans and programs to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Conduct audits to evaluate the accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with management and other stakeholders to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Provide strategic recommendations to improve internal controls and processes, based on audit findings and industry best practices.,Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Train and mentor junior auditors to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in auditing, with a strong background in financial auditing.,Professional certification in auditing, such as CPA, CIA, or CMA.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with management and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in using audit software and other relevant tools.,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
