📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional manager to implement company-wide initiatives.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or leadership role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to drive sales and improve store performance.,Knowledge of retail software and systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
