Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and care.,Assist clients with their insurance needs, including policy management, claims processing, and general inquiries.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and insurance policies.,Coordinate with the insurance team to ensure smooth and efficient processing of client requests and claims.,Promote the company's products and services to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our insurance offerings.,Attend to the physical and logistical needs of clients, including arranging travel and accommodation when necessary.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the insurance sector to provide informed and valuable advice to clients.,Act as a liaison between clients and the insurance team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs and requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a similar discipline).,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in the insurance industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).,Familiarity with insurance products and services, including policy management and claims processing.,Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.,Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
